Meditative Self-Healing July 26 Clarence Senior Center

Janet will guide you on a Meditative Journey that will

result in deep relaxation. This process helps you to go

within and begin a healing whether it be a mental, emotional

or physical issue you would like to let go of. Each participant

will also receive a mini energy clearing from Janet. Our

energy can be blocked by many things and once you address 

hat your mind and body are free to work on healing.
