Welcome
Healthy Alternatives Through Healing Arts, INC. HAHA
Promoting Wellness Through Holistic Arts Mind, Body and Spirit
What is Holistic Health
Holistic Health emphasizes the connection of the mind, body and spirit. Individuals are made up of interdependent parts, comprised of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual components. When one part is not working at it’s best, it impacts all of the other parts. The goal of holistic care is to achieve maximum functioning at all levels.
Using holistic care incorporates people taking responsibility for their own level of well-being. It also includes taking charge of your own health care, and making choices daily to achieve the best outcome.
Holistic Arts
Holistic Arts include programs such as Reiki, Tia Chi, QiGong, Aromatherapy, Herbology, Chiropractic Care, Massages, Drumming, Laugher Wellness, Art Therapy and many more. HAHA incorporates the opportunities to experience these things in our conferences and programs.
Who Benefits from Holistic Care
Everyone can benefit from utilizing Holistic Care. Often times holistic care is integrated in traditional medicine as a means to reach the best outcome. Over the past 15 years or so Holistic Care has been recognized as more acceptable to the general public, as well as to Health Care Providers and Insurance Companies.
Why HAHA?
HAHA is dedicated to assisting those with a mental health diagnosis, including those financially disadvantaged to receive tools that will promote the health and well-being of the “ Whole” person. This has been our goal since 2001.
We are a 501C3 non-profit agency. HAHA functions solely on the donations of our generous donors.
In the Fall of 2022 HAHA also received a wonderful grant to assist Family Caregivers by offering them the opportunity to experience holistic modalities to be utilized to reduce stress, improve overall health and resiliency. More can be found on the Exhale Page.
